Assistant Director Chick-fil-A West Boca | Boca Raton, FL $19.00–$22.00 per hour

- As an Assistant Director, you will help lead daily restaurant operations, support and develop team members, and create a positive experience for both guests and staff. You’ll play an important role in setting the tone for each shift and helping the restaurant operate at a high level every day.

Key Responsibilities
- Help lead daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Support shift execution while maintaining operational excellence
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members
- Assist with training and onboarding new hires
- Lead shifts and help maintain a positive team culture
- Open and/or close the restaurant as needed
- Handle cash management responsibilities including drawer counts and end-of-day procedures
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve issues professionally
- Serve as a role model through professionalism, accountability, and strong work ethic What We’re Looking For

Candidates with experience as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, assistant manager, or restaurant manager are encouraged to apply.
