$15.00 – $18.00 / hour
Compensation based on experience, and qualifications.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Shift Leader, you're the operational heartbeat of a shift — setting the tone, holding the team accountable, and making sure every guest leaves happy. You'll work alongside senior leadership to execute daily operations at a high level while coaching and mentoring team members to do the same. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who's energized by fast-paced environments, genuinely loves serving people, and takes pride in the details.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and motivate a team through each shift — setting the pace and modeling the standard
- Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and memorable service
- Uphold food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards throughout the restaurant
- Train and onboard new team members; provide real-time coaching and feedback
- Serve as a keyholder and trusted point of contact during your shift
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs and concerns
- Support senior leadership in identifying and improving operational efficiencies
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality, food service, or retail (preferred)
- Strong communicator — clear, warm, and confident with both guests and team members
- Composed under pressure — you stay calm and solution-focused when it gets busy
- Reliable, accountable, and someone your team can count on
- Genuinely people-first — you lead by serving, not just directing
- Available for a mix of weekday and weekend shifts

SHIFT OPTIONS
- 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts available
- Monday through Friday and weekend availability
